The service

TimeCalculator.Tools provides free, browser-based calculators for time, durations, work hours, timesheets and conversions. No account is required and the tools are free to use. We may update or change the service over time.

Arithmetic tools, not professional advice

The calculators perform arithmetic. They do not provide legal, payroll, tax or employment-law advice, and they do not determine compliance with any overtime, rounding or break rule. Overtime rules vary by country, state, employer and employment type. You are responsible for how you use the results.

Your responsibility

• Check results against your own records before using them for payroll or billing
• Use the tools lawfully and not for fraudulent time reporting
• Keep your own copies of exported CSV files if you need them later

Data and availability

Calculations happen in your browser and are not stored on our servers. The service is provided “as is” without warranties, and we are not liable for losses arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law.
