Short version: the times you enter stay in your browser. They are never uploaded and never sent to analytics.
Calculations stay in your browser
Every calculator, conversion, overtime split and CSV export on this site runs entirely in your browser. The values you type — clock-in and clock-out times, break lengths, hourly rates, thresholds — are not transmitted to our servers, because the tools do not send them anywhere.
Analytics
When analytics is enabled, the site uses Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization to record anonymous product events such as “calculation completed”, “CSV downloaded” or “result copied”. Tool inputs are never analytics parameters: no clock times, hours worked, break durations, hourly rates, pay results or notes are recorded or sent to analytics.
Advertising
The site may display advertising in content areas outside the calculators. The calculator areas — the inputs, results, buttons and exports — are excluded from ad placement. Where required by law, a consent message asks for your choices before advertising cookies are used, and advertising partners process data under their own privacy policies.
Local storage
This version of the site does not store your calculator inputs on your device and does not keep a calculation history. If local history is added in a future version, it will be stored on your device only and will be clearable from the tool.
Server logs
Like most websites, the hosting infrastructure may process basic request information (such as IP address, user agent and requested URL) to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. This information is not linked to any tool input, because tool input never reaches the server.
